If you have a deep commitment to offering respectful, empathetic care and want to be part of a team that truly values your dedication, we would love to hear from you **Key Responsibilities**: - Personal Care_: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. - Basic Health Monitoring_: Observe and report changes in the client's condition. - Medication Assistance_: Remind clients to take medications as prescribed and assist with self-administered medications. - Household Management_: Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. Ensure a safe and tidy living environment. - Companionship_: Engage clients in meaningful activities and conversations to promote mental and emotional well-being. Accompany clients on outings, errands, and recreational activities. - Assistance with Medical Equipment_: Help clients use medical equipment such as walkers, and wheelchairs following proper instructions and training. - Communication and Reporting_: Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided and changes in client conditions. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Report any incidents, concerns, or changes in client health to supervisors promptly. - Adherence to Care Plans_: Follow individualized care plans and ensure compliance with all agency policies and procedures.
