**Sales Coordinator**:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments. Your strong inside sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in using CRM software will contribute to the success of our sales efforts. **Position overview**:
Maintain a high level of customer service by supporting the sales team and expediting customers requests to improve the overall performance of the sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer enquiries - handle customer questions and respond in a timely manner.
- Credit memos - accurately keep shipments and transactions up to date.
- Inventory checks - occasionally compare inventory counts with quantity on hand.
- Price checking & updates
- ensure for pricing accuracy in our system.
- Contact overdue accounts to collect payment.
- Allocate non-sales related incoming calls
- Assist with required duties for Trade Shows and Events

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Extremely well organized
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Freshsales) to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
- Strong awareness of the hobby market with ability to identify customer needs and preferences
- Excellent team player

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
