Overview

The Sales Communications Coordinator is an integral business partner to the Sales team. This individual will bring their energy to all external facing communications across bread franchisees and large regional grocery customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead communications efforts for all Sales, Marketing, and Project Management initiatives to customer network in a timely and effective manner
- Build energetic and engaging communication strategies for customer network, including newsletters, videos, and incentive program materials
- Collaborate with Brand and Sales partners to build customer activations calendar, including in-store tools, promotions, and seasonal programs
- Manage shopper marketing process from initial ideation, to tool creation, to customer execution
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with cross-functional teams
- Engages with Sales & Marketing Teams to provide ad-hoc support on day-to-day tasks

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Communications or relevant field
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Communications role
- Self-motivated individual with a high energy level and a progressive business attitude
- Proven ability to effectively navigate organizational complexity, collaborate with cross-functional teams, respond to new situations with flexibility, and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to refine and proofread all types of communications
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with tight timelines
