**Hydraulic Assembler**

Full-time job

Transway Systems is a leading vacuum tank manufacturer that is engaged in the development, design and sales of hydro excavation trucks, vacuum trucks, water trucks, and industrial vacuum equipment worldwide.

We are currently seeking Hydraulic Assemblers for our day shift.

**Job Duties**
- Reading and following manufacturing standards and instructions, and interpreting hydraulic schematics;
- Assembling, fitting and installing prefabricated parts to form sub-assemblies or finish products using hand and power tools;
- Positioning, aligning and adjusting parts for proper fit and assembly;
- Operating cranes and transporting or positioning larger parts as needed;
- Mounting custom units onto truck chassis;
- Installing and troubleshooting hydraulic pumps, PTOs, valves, and actuators;
- Run hydraulic hoses, wire, air lines, and heater hose through chassis frame;
- Measuring hydraulic hoses and crimping;
- Installing under-the-hood engine components;
- Installing additional components, guards, drives, etc.

**Qualifications**
- Able to work effectively both as an individual and a team member;
- Able to read and interpret CAD drawings and instructions;
- Provide their own tools, sockets and wrenches up to 1”;
- Prior experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, truck mechanics and assembly is an asset;
- Must be mechanically inclined;
- Must include a date and location of graduation on your resume.
