As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and talented Social Media Content Creator to join our team and play a key role in shaping our online presence.

As a Social Media Content Creator at Happipad, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content across various social media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling narratives that highlight the unique aspects of our platform, promote our mission, and drive user engagement. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be essential in building brand awareness and fostering a vibrant online community.

This is a part-time position, 15-20 hours per week with flexible work hours.

**Responsibilities**:1. Content Creation**:
2. - Develop and create visually appealing and compelling content for Happipad's social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Generate original ideas for posts, stories, reels, and other forms of content that resonate with our target audience.
- Engage with users to collect and curate User Generated Content.

**3. Strategy Implementation**:
4. - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Happipad remains at the forefront of social media innovation.

**5. Community Engagement**:
6. - Foster and engage with our online community through comments, direct messages, and other interactions to build meaningful connections.
- Monitor social media channels for user-generated content and opportunities for collaboration.

**7. Analytics and Reporting**:
8. - Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

**9. Brand Consistency**:
10. - Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all social media platforms.
- Work closely with the design team to maintain high-quality and on-brand visuals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools and social media management platforms.
- Passion for community building and creating positive online experiences.
- Comfortable being on camera.
- Proficient with video and photo editing.
- Must be living in Nova Scotia.
