IPAC Consulting is a fast-growing Canadian company specializing in infection prevention and control (IPAC) across multiple sectors, including dentistry, construction, long-term care, and other healthcare environments. We pride ourselves on helping organizations stay compliant, safe, and proactive through tailored consulting, training, and risk management services.

**Position Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated students or recent graduates to join our team as **Junior Consultants** for an 8-week term starting **May 12, 2025**. This role offers hands-on experience in healthcare consulting, project coordination, and public health education. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants and gain exposure to real-world infection control strategies while contributing to safer environments across the country.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Consulting Support**
- Assist with healthcare assessments, audits, and risk reviews under supervision
- Contribute to the development of client materials such as reports, checklists, and policy templates
- Help analyze health and safety data and support program improvement initiatives

**Business Development & Community Outreach**
- Support client engagement by preparing materials and participating in networking events
- Help coordinate presentations, trade show displays, and follow-up communication
- Research opportunities to expand services in new or underserved markets

**Education and Program Support**
- Assist with the creation and review of e-learning content, in-person training resources, and educational toolkits
- Help manage project timelines and organize client deliverables
- Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions for new educational offerings

**Professional Development & Team Collaboration**
- Gain mentorship and training from industry experts
- Collaborate with consultants, marketing, and operations teams to deliver quality service
- Engage in regular check-ins, learning sessions, and feedback loops

**Eligibility and Requirements**:
To qualify for this position under the **Canada Summer Jobs** program, you must:

- Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in health sciences, public health, nursing, biology, or a related field
- Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills
- Self-starter with an eagerness to learn and contribute
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- French language skills are considered an asset

**Contract Details**:

- **Term**: 8 weeks (May 12, 2025 - July 4, 2025)
- **Hours**: 35 hours per week
- **Hourly Rate**: TBD (based on funding and experience)
- **Extension**: May be extended based on performance and company needs
