**Business Finance Officer**

$65,000 - $85,000 a year

This position will manage medical practice income at St. Boniface and Victoria Hospital in the McDermot group Services Inc., Mental Health Program.

2-3 years of management experience in a senior role with financial experience preferred.

Experience in a health care setting would be an asset with a background in medical billing.

Must have a solid command of accounting principles and able to devise, implement and review management systems in accounts and grants administration.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

This position will manage medical practice income for McDermot Group Services, Inc. as well as prepare payroll, GST Filing, Pay invoices, prepare financial statements for the practice plan on a monthly basis and participate in year-end processes. This position will also prepare monthly disbursements to physicians, implement guidelines for medical remuneration and prepare monthly billing reports. As well you will prepare analysis and projects as requested by management.
