**The Position**:
You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility of our brand and service offerings. As part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing effective strategies across various platforms. This will include content creation/regionalization to community management, monitoring analytics, and staying on top of trends as they serve as the digital voice of the brand, to foster brand recognition and loyalty.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Regionalize and implement engaging multimedia content across social media channels.
- Actively interact with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Monitor social media for potential crises or negative feedback, responding effectively to safeguard our brand's reputation.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity, maintaining a consistent tone and style to build trust and recognition.
- Utilize social media as a tool for gathering customer insights and feedback to improve our marketing strategies.
- Analyze performance data to gauge the success of social media campaigns and strategies.
- Formulate strategic plans to amplify our brand's online presence. Create documentations and processes to this effect.
- Contribute to strategy sessions, offering insights for client benefit and agency improvement.

**To be successful in this position you will need**:

- Excellent in English - both written and spoken.
- Knowledge in French is an asset.
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
- Minimum of 3 (three) years experience in a similar role
- Thrive in a fast-paced, small team environment and demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Social Media Management platforms
- Ability to solve problems, spot inefficiencies and think critically.
- Well-versed in marketing principles with excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube and other social medias
- Understanding of social media KPIs
- Basic experience with all Microsoft office products.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent digital media editing tools an asset.
