Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving pizzas
- Provides guidance to all kitchen staff when needed
- Oversee and organize kitchen stock & ingredients
- Prepare and execute all dishes in a professional and timely manner
- Ensures a first in, first out food rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance
- Keeps cooking stations stocked, especially before and during prime operation hours
- Assist the Chef in menu creation
- Maintain food & labour costs as stipulated by the Chef
- Works closely with the management in maintaining health & safety in the workplace
- Minimize food waste with proper record keeping
- Maintains company standards on a day to day operation Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience as a cook
- Strong food & beverage knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of restaurant regulations
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong written & communication skills
- Creative problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
