We strive to offer the most relevant programs and integrate hands-on learning experiences into every class to best equip our students to succeed.

TBC is seeking to hire a part time instructor for our Global Project Management program. The courses in this program will be delivered to international students **on campus**.

**Disciplines within the program include**:

- Project Cost Management
- Tue
- 8am-11am
- Cloud Computing and ERP Systems
- Mon
- 3pm-6pm & Thu 8am-11am
- Project Collaboration and Communication Tools
- Thu 11am-2pm
- Data Science Project Management and Requirement Gathering
- Thu
- 2pm-3pm & Thu 3pm-4pm

**Instructor Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that course curricula are current, relevant, and reflective of best practices within relevant professional/program disciplines.
- Upload grades and comments on the Learning Management System in a timely fashion.
- Create an effective environment for learning which accommodates students’ diverse cultural and educational backgrounds, experiences and individual learning styles.
- Implement course learning outcomes and assessment strategies, ensuring that they support and reflect program goals.
- Assure that students are aware of all relevant learning outcomes, learning strategies and assessment techniques.
- Assess student achievement of learning outcomes and support student progress through academic counselling and timely feedback.
- Develop multimedia materials and alternative delivery strategies, and incorporate appropriate educational technologies into the learning process.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a degree majoring in Project Management or International Business, Master’s preferred.
- Current member in good standing of the Project Management Institute and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred for core courses.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant industry experience; facilitating learning at the postsecondary/adult level demonstrating a commitment to excellence in teaching and learning is a strong asset
- Theoretically and practically comfortable with the requisite hardware, software, and networking equipment used in lab settings.
- Excellent grounding in best practice and emerging knowledge, skills and attitudes in the field.
- A commitment to lifelong learning in the field.
- A proven ability to work within a collaborative environment, demonstrating flexibility
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Advanced computer literacy and a demonstrated willingness to acquire and use learning tools (such as the college’s LMS) commensurate with departmental requirements.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and problem-solving, conflict and stress management skills.
- Teaching experience an asset.
