**In your role, you will**:
The Learning Business Partner - Special Project Manager is a position reporting to the Organizational learning director. You will be responsible of key projects contributing to the development of the workforce required to support Bombardier future needs. As part of your work, you will interact various internal functions as well as external stakeholders like Aerospace schools.
- Develop operating strategies, plans, or procedures.
- Elaborate detailed project plans.
- Participate in recruitment decisions.
- Implement and lead a governance to review project execution and align stakeholders.
- Report information to senior management.
- You have a university degree in human resources, or in a field considered relevant to the position, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- You are bilingual in French and English, spoken and written essential.
- You are autonomous and have a sense on initiative.
- You have excellent communication skills and a facility for liaising with partners, stakeholders and schools at all levels;
- You are highly adaptable and analytical;
- You have an excellent knowledge of the Office suite
