**What will you do**
- Administer Employment Related Financial Supports, including purchases, receipt tracking, and monthly reconciliation in coordination with Finance.
- Collect, enter, and manage client data and documentation in ESCases and ministry databases to support Employment Ontario Services specifically around the Employee Financial Supports.
- Maintain accurate and complete client files, ensuring compliance with ministry standards and internal policies.
- Develop rationale for financial support approvals through the Service System Manager for each client submission. Liaise with the SSM if financial supports are rejected to develop an approach to supporting the client.
- Support program reporting by compiling statistical data and preparing required documentation for management and funders.
- Provide occasional front-line administrative support including handling inquiries, referrals, and walk-in traffic with a strong client service orientation.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage a minimum $250,000 annual operating budget, including monthly expenditure tracking and variance analysis.
- Uphold confidentiality and data integrity across all platforms and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal controls.
- Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to program delivery and service effectiveness.
- Represent the Employment Services at community events and maintain strong community relationships.
- Demonstrate commitment to YMCA values and policies, including child protection and customer service standards

**What will you bring**
- Completion of University Degree in a related field.
- Experience in administration, finance/accounts payable, information and referral services, and employment services
- Administrative/Office Management Skills.
- Advanced computer knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced organization skills with the ability to work in collaboration with multiple team members at one time
- Ability to manage time and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate in a 2nd Language an asset
- Acceptable Vulnerable Persons Record Check, not more than 3 months old is a mandatory requirement. This requirement requires a renewal every three (3) years.
