**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all items are presented beautifully.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

**Skills**
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
- Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Previous experience in cashiering is advantageous.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including food service standards and kitchen protocols.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
