**Job Summary**
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Floor Manager to lead daily operations within our bustling restaurant environment. **Duties**
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth flow from food preparation to customer service
- Lead, motivate, and train staff members to deliver outstanding hospitality and uphold service standards
- Manage shift schedules, assign duties, and oversee team performance to meet operational goals
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency in line with safety regulations
- Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Control inventory levels by monitoring stock, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food management
- Enforce food safety standards and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to optimize restaurant profitability
- Support catering events, banquet functions, or special promotions as needed to enhance guest satisfaction
- Conduct interviews and participate in staff training & development programs to build a high-performing team

**Skills**
- Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food environments
- Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience supervising teams in hospitality or restaurant settings
- Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and food handling procedures
- Skilled in inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management to maximize operational efficiency
- Ability to train staff effectively on food production standards and service techniques
- Experience managing shifts in casual dining or fine dining establishments with a focus on quality control
- Competence in interviewing potential team members and supporting their ongoing training & development
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment
