Are you organized, motivated, and ready to help someone elevate their daily life? We’re looking for a reliable Personal Assistant to support a business owner with multiple ventures and streamline everyday tasks

**Position**:Personal Assistant

**Pay**:$16 - $18 per hour

**Location**:Laval, Montreal

**Gas Expenses Covered**

**Responsibilities**:
**Schedule Management**:Organize calendars, schedule appointments, and send reminders to ensure all commitments are met.

**Task Prioritization**:Help prioritize daily tasks across various businesses to maximize efficiency and productivity.

**Note Taking**:Attend meetings and take detailed notes, capturing all key points and action items.

**Travel Planning**:Arrange travel itineraries, bookings, and logistics for business and personal trips.

**Research**:Conduct research on various topics relevant to the businesses and compile information as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Organizational Skills**: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

**Communication**:Strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Reliability**:Dependable and trustworthy, with a strong sense of confidentiality.

**Experience**:Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is a plus.

**Transportation**:A valid driver’s license and access to a car are required for completing tasks efficiently.
**Flexible Hours**:We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability, making this a great opportunity for anyone looking to balance work with personal commitments.
