**How You'll Perform the Role**
- Coordinate with other departments such as Sales, Customer service, production, QC, scheduling, shipping receiving, purchase, accounting etc. for all tooling department related matters.
- Issue new product code numbers in coordination with Tooling Manager and Sales Manager.
- Create product specifications and update the product database
- Generate requests for sample and follow up with scheduling, production, QC and sample room.
- Enter labour hours daily in CMS for the machine shop hourly employees.
- Perform cost analysis for every job in the tooling department.
- Invoice all tooling jobs upon completion and coordinate with accounting for monthly work in progress reports.
- Issue job numbers and job sheets for tooling department.
- Order tool dies and follow up with vendors.
- Update the jobs-in-progress status and coordinate with the sales team for jobs that are open without any activity being performed.
- Coordinate tool repairs.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Tooling Manager or by the Management.

**What We Need From You**
- College diploma in technical or manufacturing field or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing or tooling shop.
- At least 1 year experience on thermoforming is preferred.
- General Knowledge of different machinery used in machine shops.
- Excellent teamworking skills.
- Good English Communication Skills (written and verbal).
- Able to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines.
- Positive approach for resolving problems.
- Good Knowledge of Milling Machine, Lathe, Drilling Machine etc.
- Good knowledge of measuring instruments and their proper use e.g. Vernier Calliper, Micrometer, Height gauge etc.
- Good knowledge of the thermoforming process, its requirements, and limitations.
- Creative thinker with good imagination to make a superior product.
- Good English Communication skills.
