Toronto, Canada Springboard Clinic Full time

**About Springboard Clinic**

At Springboard Clinic, we are making an impactful difference in the lives of individuals of all ages living with mental health, learning and attention challenges through our services. We are an innovative mental health clinic with a vision to transform the world’s acceptance of diverse ways of thinking and ensure everyone with ADHD has a chance to become the best they can be.

As a close-knit group of clinicians and administrators, we share a strengths-based philosophy of care that extends to both our clients and our internal community. You can join social events, committees, and monthly All Hands to feel connected to your teammates. We follow a hybrid approach as per the request of our team - where you will be asked to work both from home and out of the office.

If you believe in changing the way the world views neurodiversity, consider joining us on our ambitious growth journey.

**About the Role**:
As a member of the Intake team, you are bridging the gap between our community and the clinic, working towards supporting individuals in a vital part of their mental health journey. While managing a high volume of inquiries and keeping clinician calendars full, the primary responsibility of this role is to share information about Springboard’s services with potential clients to ensure they understand our processes and can make informed decisions about their care.

When not conducting client calls, you are maintaining accurate internal communication regarding client files, speaking to third party medical professionals, monitoring outstanding documents for upcoming assessments, support billing processes, responding to last minute changes to calendar bookings, ensuring attention to detail across all tasks and managing any other administrative responsibilities that might arise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct case management calls with prospective clients, providing knowledgeable information on Springboard’s services
- Manage client communication follow-up and ensure details are logged in the EMR accordingly
- Manage new client bookings for assessments and straight-to-coaching services, meeting ongoing calendar targets as communicated by the Director of Administration and Performance Reporting
- Communicate with assessment team clinicians regarding potential complexities and/or time-sensitive logístical concerns for upcoming appointments
- Work alongside the admin team to ensure necessary documentation is sent out and/or received for upcoming appointments
- Maintain a weekly case load of case management calls as specified by Director of Administration and Performance Reporting
- Stay up to date on any new service offerings and/or changes to fee schedules
- Manage referrals from family physicians as per clinic processes
- Support the Intake Coordinator in building assessment calendars as needed

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum undergraduate degree and/or related certificate (psychology, health administrative fields preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years of related and/or administrative experience; previous experience working in a health care environment is strongly preferred
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience managing bookings on multiple staff calendars is required
- Experience working in customer service is required, preferably within the medical/mental health profession
- High comfort level communicating with mental health clientele
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience multitasking in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Can work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of learning new technology platforms in a time-sensitive manner
- Familiarity with EMR systems is an asset

**We are dedicated to your professional happiness**:
We celebrate your successes and support you during life events. Just as we work to empower our clients, we want you to feel driving and happy in your role. We’re invested in nurturing the strengths of our team to help them achieve their best. We offer an evolving set of benefits, including:

- Wellness Program
- Team Socials
- Golden Moment Rituals
