**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet clients and pets with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- Answer phones, take accurate messages, and assist callers in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage daily calendars efficiently
- Tackle administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and proofreading with precision
- Keep the reception area and exam rooms tidy and welcoming
- Share information about our services and surgical procedures with prospective clients
- Handle questions and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-focused mindset

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a similar client-facing role is preferred
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and learning new software quickly
- Experience in a medical or veterinary setting is a plus, but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset, with the ability to remain calm and courteous—even in challenging situations
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask like a pro

Please note: This role includes some Saturday shifts on rotation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

Additional pay:
