Maintenance Handyman

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various facilities
- Fabricate and install fixtures or components as needed to improve functionality or aesthetics.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with equipment or systems using logical reasoning and mechanical knowledge..
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs completed and materials used.
- Various tasks as needed from time to time

**Skills**
- Strong background in facilities maintenance with hands-on experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, basic electrical, yard works, and road works
- Proficient mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various equipment issues effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in person and in writing.
- Experience operating various equipment such as skid steer, excavator, loader, forklift etc.
- Strong ability to work with limited supervision
- Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of boats and the ability to operate boats would be considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools
- Must have a valid driver's licence in good standing. Class 3 or class 1 would be considered an asset.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
