**Service Technician - Plumbing & Mechanical Systems**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose, service, and recommend solutions for mechanical equipment such as cooling towers, boilers, tankless water heaters, pumps, and sump systems across residential, commercial, and institutional settings
- Ensure thorough note-taking, accurate equipment identification, and proper preparation of materials and tools
- Perform service and retrofit work with precision and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and clients, ensuring accurate relay of site conditions and customer feedback
- Utilize mobile app technology for job documentation and project updates
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (one weekday every six weeks)

**Qualifications**:

- Red Seal Certified Plumber (required)
- Strong working knowledge of current plumbing codes and standards
- Proven ability to assess and maintain commercial mechanical systems, including heating and hydronic equipment
- Experience with diagnostic procedures and equipment repair in commercial environments
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Personal hand tools (company provides power tools)
- Cross Connection Control Certification is an asset
- Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
