The **Service Journeyperson Plumber (HVAC and/or Plumbing & Heating)** at DMS Service Ltd. will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC and/or plumbing and heating systems at various residential, commercial, and industrial **sites across the Metro Vancouver area**. The technician will ensure all systems operate efficiently and in compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications. Based in our Burnaby, BC office, this full-time position requires travel to project sites Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and/or plumbing and heating systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and/or plumbing and heating issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, company policies, building codes, and relevant regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining technical issues in a clear and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including FLRAs, maintenance logs, and service reports.
- Collaborate with the Service team to meet client specifications and deadlines.
- Stay updated on new technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed, ensuring prompt and efficient solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC and/or plumbing and heating systems (hydronic experience preferred).
- Red Seal Certification and relevant trade licenses.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean Driver’s Abstract.

Pay: $46.00-$60.95 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 70 per week
