**Duties**
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently.
- Ensure all items are properly sanitized and stored in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, prep area, storage area including floors, counters, and walk-in cooler
- Help in organizing kitchen supplies
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as necessary.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service in a supportive role within the kitchen team.
