- You are the ideal assistant store supervisor because you:_
- Know how to build teams that exceed their objectives
- Coach your employees towards performance
- Know how to determine priorities and achieve objectives

Y_our responsibilities & tasks:_
- Be the ambassador of WLKN culture and customer service at all times;
- Define, analyze and use performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize sales and store performance;
- Develop the skills and sense of belonging of your team members;
- Plan and supervise store operations;
- Responsibly manage store prevention and losses;
- Stay on top of music and clothing trends.
- You have the following experience and those around you describe you like this:_
- 2 years of experience in retail - clothing
- 6 months in team development
- Strong desire to surpass oneself
- Energetic coach

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
