- **Responsibilities**:_
- Assesses present and future needs, trends, problems and profit opportunities. Work with the Service Manager to take appropriate action as necessary._
- _Provide Administrative support to the department, ensuring work orders are closed in a timely manner_
- _Review operational efficiency, and identify opportunities for improvement_
- Work toward reaching short and long term operating and financial objectives_
- Stays informed on new products and other general information of interest to customers that will assist in sales efforts_
- Maintains records and reports on all phases of service activities_
- Helps coordinate efforts with outside parts and service sales personnel to achieve full market penetration_
- Keeps Service Manager informed of all pertinent service activities_
- Review Warranty Accounts Receivable and assist the Warranty Department in any way needed to expedite claim processing_
- Coordinates and oversees that training programs are properly conducted and maintained_
- Ensure safety and security and appearance of the building and vehicle maintenance_
- Perform other duties as assigned_
- **Qualifications**:_
- Should possess a high school diploma_
- A college degree or a certificate/degree from a trade school and a 310T license is preferred, but not required_
- Minimum 5 years’ experience; heavy truck experience is preferred but not required_
- Must have strong customer service skills_
- Must have general computer knowledge_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
