The PSW Team Lead/Supervisor will work alongside the Director to manage Clients and PSW daily activities. As the PSW Team Lead you must have a passion to connect with those you serve.

Duties include:
Conducting in-home or phone assessments.
Completing Home Safety Assessments.
Re-assessing the client care needs.
Training new PSW hires.
Supervising PSW daily activities

Details:
travel Mileage will be reimbursed
Rewards are based on hours worked and commission.
Full-Time working 8 hours per day at the Office.

Requirement:
Must have a recognized Personal Support Worker Certificate.
Level 1 First Aid, CPR / AED Certificate.
Fully vaccinated against Covid 19, Negative Two Step TB test.
Must own a car and have a valid G class drivers’ license.
Familiarity with retirement industry resources is considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
