**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Input and update data into databases and computer systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure information is complete and correct.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in the collection of data from various sources for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to support administrative functions as needed.
- Respond to inquiries regarding data entry processes and assist in resolving any discrepancies.

**Skills**
- Experience in data entry, clerical work, and administrative tasks is highly desirable.
- Ability to type efficiently with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with databases and file management systems is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.35-$25.02 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
