**Qualifications**:

- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Preferred experience in the aviation industry
- Knowledge of technical documents and aviation regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Quick learning ability and adaptability

**Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements**

Assist the Technical Records Lead with but not limited to the following tasks:

- Transcribe information from aircraft journey logs into the computerized maintenance tracking system and technical logbooks.
- Update hard copy Component History Records (CHRs) and engine manufacturer logbooks for engine modules and accessories
- Generate reports and maintain the precision tool tracking system using the maintenance tracking system
- Perform duties as outlined in the Company Maintenance Policy Manual (MPM) and Maintenance Control Manual (MCM) or as assigned by the Director of Maintenance.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of aircraft records, including logbooks and component histories, and assist in conducting audits for compliance
- Guide aircraft maintenance staff on proper documentation practices and follow up on incomplete or incorrect documentation
- Adjust maintenance/engine programs as required and keep the aircraft maintenance forecast current
- Retrieve and research records upon request, and organize/manage information files per records management protocols
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and OEM requirements
- Follow documented policies and procedures

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
