**Job Description**:
**WHAT’S THE JOB?**

The **Breakfast Cook** is responsible for the preparation, cooking and serving of hot breakfast to the camp guests in a timely and efficient manner.

The position involves a remote work lifestyle in a camp setting with the following amenities:

- All meals and accommodation provided free of charge while at site
- Private room with cable TV
- Access to Wi-Fo
- Linens and towels provided
- Access to laundry facilities and detergents
- Access to a gym

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing and cooking breakfast for guests at site (number of guests dependent on each site location)
- Creating and following menus to ensure quality of food prepared and served
- Ensuring consistent quality of standard in over-all food preparation as per clients’ requirements including consideration to special dietary constraints
- Ensuring proper equipment operation, safety and sanitation in the kitchen
- Complying with food safety regulations in accordance with Food Safety Act
- Cleaning, washing, and sanitizing equipment and over-all work areas

**Qualifications**:
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Proven experience preparing and cooking hot breakfast for a large number of guests (made-to-order eggs, omelet station, etc.)
- Current Food Safe certification is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal or no supervision
- High standards in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- Be able to handle the following physical demands:

- Lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs
- Climb ladders or stairs
- Stand, walk, squat, kneel or sit according to task for extended lengths of time
- Perform repetitive hand work requiring full use of both hands
- Perform work with arms at full length
- Work with arms above shoulder height
