_The Butchart Gardens is looking for applicants to fill the following positions:_

**Department**: Food Services

**Positions**: 2nd & 3rd Cooks

The Butchart Garden’s Food Services Department is looking for creative and driven individuals for the Blue Poppy and Pastry Kitchens. The positions available are 2nd Cooks, and 3rd Cooks. These are seasonal full-time positions starting in May through the summer season with the possibility of extending into the fall.
- Food Safe certification
- Strong work ethic and ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner
- Able to assist in other areas of the kitchen as directed
- Strong organizational and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under high volume dynamic circumstances
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Prior food services or culinary experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $19.76 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
