**Join Our Team as a Program Compliance Officer - RDPN Program**
Stenberg College is a recognized leader in health care and human services education. Our mission is to provide high-quality programs that lead to rewarding careers. We're currently seeking a **Program Compliance Coordinator** to support our **Registered Psychiatric Nurse Diploma (RDPN)** program.
**Location**: Remote/Hybrid (Must reside in British Columbia)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm)
**Start Date**: June 15, 2025
**Salary**: $60,000-$75,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As the **Program Compliance Coordinator**, you’ll ensure our RDPN program meets all regulatory and academic compliance requirements. You’ll work closely with instructors, students, and regulators to help maintain program integrity and smooth operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and enforce policy adherence, academic and regulatory compliance for the RDPN program
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records in accordance with internal policies and external accreditation requirements
- Support quality assurance processes, audits, and data tracking related to student progression, instructor qualifications, and curriculum updates
- Assist with curriculum implementation and updates in collaboration with academic leadership
- Act as a liaison between departments, students, and stakeholders to ensure smooth program operations
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, report preparation, and data analysis
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance roles
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
**Nice to have**:
- Experience in **post-secondary education**, **healthcare**, or **nursing programs**:
- Familiarity with compliance tracking and policy enforcement
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in education and/or healthcare sectors
