Systemes Sous-sol Québec, regional leader in complete and tailor-made solutions for basements, crawl spaces, foundations. We are looking for a highly motivated, fully bilingual individual to serve on our team of **Service Technicians** in the Greater Montreal and surrounding areas.

**In this role, you will travel to our customers’ homes on pre-set appointments to inspect and maintain existing systems we’ve installed for them and provide additional solutions they need to fix and protect their homes.**

**Note**: What we do is specialized, we don’t expect a technician to know everything on the first day We will provide extensive training over several months to make sure they have all the tools they need to do a great job

**The Opportunity**:

- A competitive pay $22 per hour as a base salary plus commission estimated on average 15000$ per year Potential revenue of 60 000$ a year

**What you would do**:

- Meet with our existing clients for pre-scheduled appointments to perform service and maintenance as well as provide additional solutions they need to fix and protect their homes.
- Diagnose, inspect and recommend products and services according to customer needs
- Propose to existing customers new solutions and products to help improve their homes
- Answer all customers’ questions regarding existing installations
- Use our internal customer service software on a tablet during customer visit
- Provide customers with a remarkable experience

**This individual must**:

- Min of 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Construction or renovation experience are preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, walk, climb a ladder, kneel or crawl
- Excellent customer service skills and integrity are crucial
- Strong listening and follow-up skills
- Individual must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Basic computer skills
- Like to consult and help people
