**Location**:120 Dundas Street West, Toronto

**Position Description: 1 Full-Time Baker Barista, 1** **Part-Time Baker Barista**, 15-40 hours weekly

**Summary of Key Responsibilities**:

- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture and the brand of Butter Baker.
- Maintains a calm performance during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard
- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
- Delivers superb customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
- Develops positive relationships with the team
- Follows the standard operational procedures, including cash handling, safety and security.
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Provides the best knowledge of our freshly baked products to all customers, including ingredients, process of baking and pay special attention to customers with food allergies.
- Provides quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Follow the rules and quality standards to bake and prepare fresh pastries in store.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
