- have passed a police background check
- be able to communicate proficiently in English, both written and verbally.
- be able to work morning and night shifts up to 12 hrs, Monday to Friday, weekends and holidays.
- proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and aspects of social media
- have strong organizational skills
- have 3 years customer service experience
- have experience in customer service, sales management, and money management
- have experience in a supervisory role for 2 years (preferred)
- administrative experience in scheduling, cash balancing reports, creation of targets and sales promotion
- experience with Cova (preferred)

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
