**Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team for year-round work. During the warmer months, you will perform excavation and site preparation tasks for a variety of projects. In the winter, you will assist with snow removal, ensuring safe and accessible roads, driveways, and work areas.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate excavators for tasks such as digging, trenching, and grading.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Operate snow removal equipment, including plows and skid steers.
- Spread sand or salt as needed to improve traction and safety.
- Respond promptly to snow removal calls, often during early mornings or late nights.
- Assist with site preparation, loading/unloading, and cleanup
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically capable of outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Flexible availability, especially during winter months.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Commitment to safety.
