**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate excavators and other heavy machinery to perform tasks such as digging, grading, and moving materials.
- Conduct loader operation for loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Utilize bulldozers for land clearing and site preparation.
- Perform backhoe operations for trenching and excavation tasks.
- Execute horizontal drilling for utility installations or other project requirements.
- Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections and basic mechanical repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to understand project specifications and timelines.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating machinery on-site.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in excavator operation or similar heavy machinery roles.
- Familiarity with loader operation, bulldozing, backhoe operation, grader operation, and horizontal drilling techniques is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Valid commercial driving license is a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments typical of construction sites.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
- Commitment to safety practices and protocols in all aspects of work.
