**Duties**
- Provide compassionate caregiving services to clients in their homes.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Support individuals with disabilities and those requiring dementia care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
- Foster a positive relationship with clients and their families, ensuring open communication regarding care plans.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in caregiving or related fields such as senior care, hospice care, or community care environments.
- Strong understanding of working with persons with disabilities and providing patient-centered care.
- Ability to assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- A caring demeanor with a strong commitment to enhancing the well-being of others.
- must have a reliable vehicle & valid drivers license, **travel is required.**:

**There is a $3/hour wage enhancement that is included in the wage range listed**

**Travel time and mileage paid between all client visits**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.95-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
