Project Manager, Transformation and Integration

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- In collaboration with the Senior Director, Transformation and Integration, define and build methodologies, processes and tools to properly coordinate all activities required for Horizon releases & patches
- Build strong relationships with the Canada Horizon stakeholders (Program Manager, functional experts, Change Management Specialists, Communication Specialists, etc.) as well as with the Horizon Operation Leads
- Participate to all workstream follow-up meetings to keep oversight on all workstream activities and ensure integration between the workstreams
- Working in a matrix structure, use your influence, coordination and prioritization abilities to ensure priorities alignment between Horizon and Canada
- Act as a change champion, demonstrating a positive and constructive attitude towards change, and actively promoting the development of this mindset among team members and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Horizon to identify the functionalities impacted by a release or patch, and with Change Management Specialists and functional experts to assess the impacts and plan and coordinate the activities required to ensure successful deployment
- Communicate key information to Horizon Operation Leads and Canada functional experts
- Keep a WSP Canada actions log; for complex multi-workstreams actions:
- Build an integrated project plan and coordinate the successful execution of all activities
- Implement project management methodologies, i.e. risks and issues management, records management, follow-up meetings, escalation, etc.
- Analyze and prioritize with the Canada functional experts upcoming enhancements
- Support the WSP Canada functional experts to resolve issues and mitigate risks Report progress to Senior Director, Transformation and Integration
**KEY COMPETENCIES FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE**
- Due to the role requirements, fluency in both French and English is required.
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects
- skills/experience in schedule, quality, risk and information management.
- Proven track record in leading strategic/corporate and technology/systems/ERP projects.
- Experience in engineering field would be an asset.
- Excellent leadership skills and experience managing, motivating, and developing strong relationships.
- Proficiency in using people-centric language to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including the ability to tailor communication styles to different audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation
- Ability to lead through influence and collaborate with different types of stakeholders - technical, functional, executives.
- Ability to present technical information in a compelling, concise and accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills, ensuring productive relationships and effective collaboration.
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities; monitoring and controlling schedules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and issues and develop effective mitigation plans.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
- PMI Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), equivalent certification or experience.
