Starbucks Store Managers are responsible for managing store operations, driving financial success, building effective teams, and creating a meeting place in their communities. **REQUIREMENTS**:
To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:
- 3 years retail / customer service management experience
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays,
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
- Education: High School
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As a Starbucks Barista, your responsibilities and duties will be, including but not limited to:
- Increase sales by leveraging your business acumen, efficiency, and problem-solving skills
- Make a positive impact on your team and become a dynamic brand ambassador
- A strong interpersonal skill set
- Encourage your team to achieve their personal best and develop their skills so they can succeed as individuals and teams
- Other duties as assigned
