Production/ Shipping Co-ordinator Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Print the orders, prepare shipping label, and supply the productions material.
- Prepare shipping labels, documents, and verification of weights for outbound packages.
- Examine inbound shipment content and compare with records, manifests, invoices, purchase orders to verify the accuracy of shipment.
- Co-ordinate inbound and outbound shipment logistics and rectify problems such as damages, shortages, and non-conformance to specifications
- Assist and support production manager on any urgent issues relating to production matters
- Assist with material handling, moving parts from the Receiving dock to stock room and to Shop Assemblers
- General support to Shipping, Receiving, Stock Room and Production
- Good aptitude in working with numbers and details
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong ability to take initiative/proactive skills, must be adaptable and flexible
**Requirements**:
- Must be able to work under extremely tight shipping deadlines
- A high degree of problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills required.
- Must be punctual
- Strong commitment to health & safety
Work Remotely

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
