**Lawn N' Order Custom Landscapes**: **Landscape Technician $17-$23/hr**: **We Build Landscapes. We Build Careers.** Some days you're running mowers, cleaning up properties, and dialing in the fine details that keep a yard looking sharp. Other days you're stacking stone, grading out patios, or setting forms for retaining walls. At **Lawn N' Order Custom Landscapes**, we do both and we're looking for people who take pride in doing great work, no matter which side of the job you're on that day. Our best team members don't see a "maintenance crew" or a "construction crew" they see a team delivering a finished product the customer is proud to show off. **About The Role**: As a Landscape Technician, you'll rotate between lawn maintenance and landscape construction, depending on the schedule and your skills. We're looking for people who are adaptable, hardworking, and ready to show up and own their role whether that's on a mower or behind a skid steer. This is physical work, outdoors, in all kinds of weather. If you like being outside, working with your hands, and seeing the results of your effort every single day you'll fit in well here. **What You'll Do**: **Landscape Construction Tasks**: - Site prep: digging, grading, moving materials. - Build retaining walls, patios, walkways, and basic outdoor structures. - Operate equipment: skid steers, compactors, saws, and more. - Work from measurements, plans, and layouts. - ** Lawn Maintenance Tasks**: - Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers. - Handle spring and fall cleanups, edging, and weekly maintenance routes. - Keep customer properties sharp and presentable. - Identify and report basic property or plant issues. **For All Roles**: - Work safely. - Support your team. - Take ownership of quality and efficiency. - Show up on time and ready to work. - Leave every site looking better than you found it. **What We're Looking For**: - Experience is a bonus, but not required we train the right people. - Comfortable working outdoors in physical roles. - Willing to work both construction and maintenance as needed. - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable transportation. - Ability to listen, learn, and adapt. - Looking for a place where you can grow your skills and take pride in your work. **What We Offer**: - Wage: $17-$23/hour depending on experience. - Overtime available during peak season. - Health & dental benefits. - Paid vacation & holiday pay. - Employee discounts at our landscape supply store. - Winter work available depending on fit and performance (not guaranteed but available for the right team members). - A team environment where you're valued for more than just punching the clock.
