Overview:
The **Warehouse Operations Clerk** is responsible for ensuring that all shipping related documents are completed accurately and in a timely fashion. This position reports to Operations Supervisor or Manager.

Available Shift: M-F 5:00am to 1:30pm

M-F 1:30pm to 10:00am

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensures the accuracy of quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing for all outbound shipments.- Reports shortages, damages, and mis-shipments.- Checks the contents of orders filled and assembled by Order Selectors to confirm completeness and correctness.- Ensures all shipping documents are completed accurately in adherence to SOPs.- Enters and maintains all shipment-related data and records in the system.- Files outbound paperwork for easy access and maintains accurate seal logs and load board information.- Assists with other warehouse functions such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, or loading.- Supports the leadership team with administrative duties as needed.- May assist with assigning work such as appointments to receive, dock doors, or item selection.
- Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.- At least 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse or shipping/receiving role.- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.-
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems; Manhattan WMS experience is a plus.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.- Excellent communication, analytical, and mathematical skills.- Strong time management, organizational, and planning abilities.- Ability to work independently and handle changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.- Must be able to lift/pull up to 50 lbs. without restriction and stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.- Comfortable working irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.- MHE experience or willingness to learn is a plus.- Capable of frequent bending, lifting, and walking in a large facility with variable conditions (noise, lighting, temperature).

The base hourly pay rate for this posting is between $21.00 and $22.00. The base hourly pay range is a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay, while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure. The range listed is just one component of NF's total compensation package for employees.
