**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Multi-Clinic Supervisor** to oversee the daily operations of our Vancouver, Surrey, and Langley clinics. This role is ideal for a professional with previous small clinic management experience who is ready to take the next step in their career, managing multiple locations and supporting a team through growth and change.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and support to 7-10 staff members across three clinics.
- Split time approximately equally between Vancouver, Surrey, and Langley locations, with office base in Surrey.
- Oversee daily operations including staff coverage, workflow management, and patient interactions.
- Mentor, train, and guide staff in clinical procedures, administrative tasks, and customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to escalate issues and implement solutions.
- Support staff in understanding and navigating extended health care benefits for patients.
- Maintain knowledge of CPAP therapy, sleep apnea, and related respiratory care technologies.
- Support sales initiatives, including patient equipment and accessory recommendations.
- Utilize IT systems efficiently, including EMRs, Microsoft 365, and other clinic technologies.
- Analyze workflows, problem-solve operational challenges, and drive process improvements.
- Promote a positive, growth-oriented workplace culture that supports change and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience managing a small clinic team or healthcare support team.
- Background as an MOA, sales assistant, clinic supervisor, or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong understanding of CPAP therapy, sleep apnea, and extended health care benefits.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and workflow management abilities.
- Strong communication skills; additional languages are an asset.
- Comfortable traveling between multiple clinic locations; company vehicle or mileage allocation provided.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented, and changing environment.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
