**Job Purpose**:
The main goal for the PR and Communications Coordinator is to build relationships with our community, employees, customers, and industry partners and contacts through internal and external social media management, content campaigns, and other events. The PR and Communications Coordinator plays a key role in successful relationship management and day-to-day communications, both internally and externally.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountability**:

- Assist in the creation of marketing plans and campaign calendars
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence and blog content
- Report on social media analytics to assist in the overall analysis of campaign results and conversion rates to help shape future marketing strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing Team on the development and maintenance of paid digital media campaigns
- Aid in the development & organization of internal events & meetings for information and/or engagement purposes
- Collaborate with HR Manager to create content for internal communications including onboarding documents, company policies, etc.
- Manage Busch Systems’ day-to-day philanthropic and social responsibility initiatives, including: Project Rise, donations, and all internal and external charitable initiatives
- Draft press releases
- Collaborate with Senior Advisor to plan and implement content marketing initiatives in partnership with SRO's
- Other duties and special projects as required

**Requirements**:

- Education in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Expert knowledge of content marketing and social media marketing
- Excellent writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Office 365, social media scheduling platforms, and WordPress
- Availability to travel when required
