These equipment involve the grills and the vats. You will be responsible for cleaning the equipment before each day begins. Daily responsibilities: - Empty grease troughs and clean exterior of the grills - Clean the grills (platen and grill top) - Wash, rinse and polish fryers - Clean fryer pan and exterior of the fryer - Clean grill and fryer filters (above the grills and fryer) **Your vibe and experience** While previous experience working in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer sales representative is always helpful and appreciated, what is most important is who you are.
