**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Answering inquiries and complaints
- Troubleshooting medical equipment
- tier 1
- Provide general support for the sales team
- Updating/Maintaining customer database
- Redirecting calls and messages
- Other duties or projects as assigned
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- University/College degree
- 1 to 2 years’ experience working in an environment involving inbound/outbound calls
- **Minimum 1+ year experience of customer service i**_**n North America**_
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Ability to de-escalate and diffuse challenging situations and successfully resolve customer issues diplomatically and professionally
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to manage priorities, execute multiple tasks and projects and assignments effectively
- Strong team player a must
- Must be available to work overtime when required
**Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Experience with Salesforce/CRM tools is a plus
- Medical device experience is a plus
- Laser experience is a plus
- Strong English is a must;
**THIS IS AN IN OFFICE ROLE IN RICHMOND HILL**

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
