JOB PURPOSE

Working closely with the Global Business Operations HRBP and the Business Operations Chief HR Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of HR strategy for Business Operations and global programs. You will support the Business Operations Executive Team to effectively build and execute the HR Strategy through providing the necessary data and reporting support required to the teams.

The Business Operations team supports Customer Operations, Procurement, Global Capabilities, Uniops and more. The scope is large, so this role is ideal for someone who has high data literacy, and really wants a challenge on a global level.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Support the execution of the Business Operations HR Strategy- Own and control the Business Operations data and reporting, including Workforce Planning- Support Organizational Effectiveness insights and actions for the BO organisation, including Univoice and Unipulse updates.- Build a thriving, collaborative HR Community (+350 HR professionals).- Support the roll-out of programs from global expertise teams (e.g. Growth Culture, T&O, Performance, Future Fit Plans) for Business Operations, and actively work to achieve the Business Operations OKRs

In this role you will be supporting the BO HRLT who are transitioning into Agile ways of working and you will be playing a key role to guide the team on this journey, by supporting with monthly HRLT and Kanban meetings.

You will also be working closely with the BO HRLT as the data expert of Business Operations to provide clear insights on FTE, cost, budget and key diversity information.

ALL ABOUT YOU- Proficient in Excel, Visier and PowerBI- Experience with managing large and complex data is needed- Previous experience in a HR role is beneficial, but not required.- Ideally working in a complex, global organisation to deliver results, working and collaborating with other teams.- Ability to work independently, taking ownership to positively influence end to end results.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal. Able to translate ideas into clear and specific project plans.- Strong analytical capabilities, familiarity with HR tools and systems in Organisation & Analytics and being able to deliver insights driven actions and interventions.- Ideally some experience of working in agile teams and understanding of agile methodologies.
