We currently have a **Shipper **role opportunity within our **Milton Distribution Centre**. The shipper will be someone who takes self-initiative, possesses a very high attention to detail and has hands-on RF scanning and power walkie experience. Being a team player and having a steadfast commitment to getting the job done is vital to the culture of the organization.

We are hiring one Shipper to fulfill a position located at our Milton Distribution Centre offering the following shift schedule:
(1) Shipper opportunities - Monday to Friday start at 5pm to finish (2:00am).

44 - 50 hours per week.

Hourly rate: $24.13/hour plus a $1.75/hr ‘attendance bonus’ and shift premium.

**Responsibilities**:

- Load and unload trucks
- Maintain order and rotation of aged inventory - first in, first out
- Create loads and palletize skids, wrap and prepare for shipping
- Reporting and reconciling of raw and finished product in cooler
- Organization and housekeeping of cooler
- Safe work practices

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Fluent in English (read, verbal and written)
- Competent operation of a power walkie
- Weight lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs) - physically demanding
- Frequent use of RF scan guns
- Working in a refrigerated cooler environment
- Excellent communication skills required
- The willingness to work with others and respond quickly to change
- A focus on detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with mínimal functional direction
- Must pass pre-employment screening (Criminal and Background Check)
