**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed and accurate quantity take-offs using STACK software.
- Utilize KOJO for coordinating material lists, supplier pricing, and budget tracking.
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings to prepare scope-based estimates.
- Source and negotiate material and subcontractor pricing.
- Prepare bids, RFQs, and tenders in coordination with project managers and sales.
- Track and analyze historical cost data for future project planning.
- Support project handoff meetings and ensure smooth transition from estimating to operations.
- Identify cost-saving alternatives and value-engineering opportunities.
- Maintain bid logs, estimate files, and relevant documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **3-5 years** of estimating experience in the exterior construction industry.
- Proficiency with **STACK** and **KOJO** platforms is **required**.
- Strong understanding of cladding, siding, stucco, and other exterior materials.
- Familiarity with Alberta construction standards and building envelope systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Post-secondary education in construction, engineering, or related field (an asset, not required).
