We are looking for a Vertical Cladding Project Manager to join our team for a secure salary position.

**Qualifications to Apply**:

- Must have min. 5 years’ experience within the commercial construction industry.
- Education in a diploma program such as Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or building science program.
- Extensive knowledge of Metal Wall Cladding systems and Composite Metal Panel systems
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD, MS office and pdf based estimating take off programs.
- Ability to produce shop drawings using AutoCAD
- Strong in Project management, Estimating and Project Co-ordinating.
- Strong in problem solving, decision making and working with others.
- Manage construction projects from tender to completion.
- Ability to multitask and work in a face paced environment.

Act as a primary point of contact with clients, general contractors, field superintendents, project foreman, and Peddie Roofing management.

**Direct Responsibilities and Primary Daily Focuses**:

- Complete estimates for new construction and retrofit take offs. Sell the estimate by presenting the estimate to existing/new customers.
- Follow-up with client accounts and review projects upon completion. Communicate your findings with other managers in each department.
- Engage communication with general contractors, consultants, customer’s representatives for production communication.
- Estimating your own projects and not limited to; working along side our existing estimators and share leads and projects by estimating and delegating new construction tender leads, review, and follow-up with tender closings and projects awards with our existing estimating staff in the new and reroofing construction division. Offer combination full envelope exterior services upon select projects as a case-by-case basis.
- Complete metal cladding cut-lists, composite panel lists, flashing cards, all project materials lists and have materials produced or purchased and scheduled for project start dates.
- Must be able produce shop drawings using AutoCAD
- Attend and contribute upon our production meetings Bi-Weekly with the office production department for productions meetings.
- Attend various company functions, association meetings, and or conventions related to roofing supplier events, product events, tradeshows, roofing, and metal exterior seminars.
- Tracking labor project usage for all jobs and compile labor tracking report for large projects only.

**Suggested Compensation**:

- The position offers a base salary of $70,000- $90,000.
- The position will include our company quarterly bonus commission program.

**The company will supply and pay for**:

- Travel costs relating to company business, airfare, hotel costs
- Truck expense and company gas card for business related usage only.
- Office supplies and company related expenses
- 2 weeks prorated days paid vacation. After your 1st paid salary calendar year of employment additional holidays can be reviewed can be reviewed upon your annual performance review.
- Company Cell Phone and or $200/month maximum cell phone account

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
