**MARKETING COORDINATOR**

We are looking for someone who will promote our company’s core values and help to maintain a fun, creative, inclusive and flexible work environment.
**FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES**
- Management of multiple social media accounts for several brands under the company group
- Participate in the development marketing strategies for new service lines
- Assist in the development of materials utilized for proposals, correspondence, presentations and recruitment
- Content creation including writing, editing, graphic design
- Conduct and report market research
- Support the implementation of CRM software
- Support outside sales from time to time, which may include
- Cold calling
- Client engagement
- Lead generation, lead follow-up
- Other related duties as needed
- Opportunities for cross training to other departments such as estimating and recruitment.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Post secondary degree or diploma with marketing focus, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel on an as needed basis
- Energetic, creative and motivated
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with the skills to prioritize and organize workload
